Snip-its Haircuts for Kids

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWILL NOT BE RETURNING! Not a place for anxious toddlers! My child’s first time here and last! Hair was cut completely uneven ALL AROUND, didn’t bother to fix it, child was in adults lap. Had to go somewhere else the next day to get a proper hair cut and to get it fixed. So embarrassing to even post pictures of the way my child’s hair looked…didn’t even dust off all the hair after she was done i had to do it myself like really??! WILL NOT BE RETURNING! Not a place for anxious toddlers! My child’s first time here and last! Hair was cut completely uneven ALL AROUND, didn’t bother to fix it, child was in adults lap. Had to go somewhere else the next day to get a proper hair cut and to get it fixed. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI cannot express my dissatisfaction with the haircuts my 3 and 5 year old received strongly enough.The woman that cut their hair was impatient, rude, and plainly terribly at cutting hair. I brought two photos of my own children with the exact haircuts and styles I was requesting, not models, my actual kids with previous haircuts. She was not only unable to replicate, she basically scalped them, when I voiced my dissatisfaction she stated the picture didn’t help and said it’s “just the way their hair grows.”My oldest son has mild sensory issues that the stylist was completely inept at addressing, if anyone has a child with any sensitivity to haircuts I recommend avoiding snip it’s more strongly, my son specifically intimated that the buzzer tickled and she yelled at him that it wasn’t a bad tickle.We will never be back, this person has no business dealing with children, or cutting hair in general, certainly not both.I could’ve gotten better haircuts by handing my kids a buzzer and letting them have at it. Critical: Professionalism, ValueThe stylists are not very friendly. The salon is full of overpriced toys that add another level of anxiety for parents and kids. I met the owner one time – she is very nice and also had some good tips for my son who gets very anxious getting his hair cut. But we have been coming here for two years and, after a bad experience today, it is not worth the drive. I suggest getting your child used to a regular barber or salon. The staff have been rude and I will no longer be giving them my business.The stylists are not very friendly. The stylists are not very friendly. The salon is full of overpriced toys that add another level of anxiety for parents and kids. I met the owner one time – she is very nice and also had some good tips for my son who gets very anxious getting his hair cut.
