First of all you cannot book prior to 24 hrs making it difficult to book any appts bc availability its so tidy . I went with my baby to get a first haircut package (meaning he has never done this before ) yet since the minute we walked into the store we felt rushed the whole time. The employee sat him down on the chair and immediately began just cutting away with a brief description of what we wanted. Pretty much just ended up doing whatever she wanted . The baby OBVIOUSLY was terrified from not knowing her (she never introduced herself to him and barely interacted ) and the sound of the clippers she was using. She never took a second to even comfort him but rather held his head harder for him to stay steady so she could finish the job. Then when she was finally was done giving whatever haircut she wanted . She offered the baby a price and rather letting him choose she like said “come CHOOSE YOUR PRICE” she did for him . Once again Not acknowledging him . I was so exited to come here and make this a good experience for him . But instead left not satisfied, disappointed and frustrated and like I had just traumatized the kid . Terrible customer service.

The first time I took my son here the hairdresser was great. Anytime he started to become difficult she would stop and talk to him or explain to him what she was doing so he would calm down and she could proceed to cut his hair. She was very patient and skilled. The style came out so cute and I thought it was worth what we paid for plus a $20 tip.
