The woman cutting hair here should not be cutting anyones hair but especially not kids. She was extremely impatient with my 2 year old son and cut off all of his hair after asking for a trim. He was crying as hair was flying into his mouth. I should have advocated for my son better and listened to my gut and walked out of that place as soon as we sat down. Never going back.

I brought my 13 month old today, I had GREAT experience, I haven’t been in years.. my two older boys went for their first cuts as well years back. My son was so curious looking around and moving his head the whole time, the stylist did AMAZING. The haircut came out great, she was so kind, and understanding that my 13 month old would move all around. I feel awful I’m drawing a blank on her name, I was so concentrated on hold my sons hands it has slipped my mind. She was the first chair on the right, woman with dark hair! She was the sweetest! I seriously had the best experience today! My son didn’t cry at all (which kids do most of the time) he loved looking around, and the stylist seriously was so patient and wonderful. I highly recommend for a first hair cut! They also give you a photo with your first hair cut package! So cute! Thank you! The picture is to show how much my son moved but also to give credit to the stylist I’m so sorry I am blanking on her name!! She is great!!!

Meghan was incredible with our three children’s haircuts today; two of which are twin infants and this was both of their first haircuts. Meghan is an expert at making children feel comfortable and making sure they have fun getting their haircuts. She is the exact person you’d hope to have if you were dreaming up this experience for your child(ren). We will I doubt my request her for all of our future visits!

We traveled all the way from Vernon, CT to this location because we couldn’t find any place to get my two year old in before Easter. We were blown away by Ashley M. who cut our sons hair! She was so pleasant, quick, and super friendly and comforting to our son. He felts so comfortable with her that he sat through all of the buzzing and blending (which has never happened before). His haircut looks absolutely adorable! It was his first time getting a real haircut and he hasn’t stopped talking about it! We highly recommend this snip-its location and Ashley M!

Very disappointed and discussed with snips at this location. Never again!! It was our 4th time coming to snip it’s this last time my son had a very horrible experience. He is autistic, well the hair stylist was pulling his hair as she was using the trimmer he started complaining. She didnt wet or untangled his hair first. Anyways she end up cutting him on his ear. Now he doesn’t what to get his hair cut. Thank you snip its.

I have been bringing my son here for 7 years now. We started coming because I loved the idea of a 1st haircut package to put in his baby book!!! I was so amazed by the quality and dedication of the staff, a couple have been there this entire 7 years of my experience!! They are all highly trained stylists who work magic with every child I have seen them work with! My son is a high-functioning autistic (Aspie). He has significant sensory processing difficulties that makes going anywhere a potential sensory overload/meltdown. He is now tolerant of hair cuts, something i never thought would happen! The first few haircuts around age 3 and 4 brought tears, but the staff can handle it! They reassured him, explaining what they were going to do, every single time, and eventually he developed a sense of security (especially with his usual stylist!) knowing it’ll be over fast (and they are fast, but in a good way, and without loss of quality or personability!!!) From day one to now, I do not have a single negative comment about them! I drive from another state specifically for the stylists in the Millbury location!
