Love this salon! They are so friendly! I had a lot of trouble finding a good, consistent place to go so once I found this place, I was hooked and have been going here for many years! Every single haircut and/or color that I’ve seen over the years there looks great! I’ve moved out of the area but still come back to have Pam take care of my hair. She’s so nice and no matter how vague of a request I give her, she seems to come up with something perfect! She’s great and so is everyone there!

This has been my go-to salon from the day they opened, following my hair stylist. Great owner, great staff, great service. Been with my stylist for over 35 years. In all my visits, have never seen a bad haircut or color. They know how to make you look good!!

I adore them. I feel like I’m going to hang out with some of my favorite people in the world when it’s time to go. I get myself a favorite sushi roll across the street and then sit in the back to eat. It’s like I’m at a cousins house. Oh, and they do great hair! Cuts and color and everything else. Pasquale is the best, he gave me a haircut David Beckham would envy! There open late most days and the rates are competitive if not less expensive than other high end salons. The atmosphere and the vibe of the place is just cool. There located in a trendy neighborhood with little restaurants and bars all around them. You best bet is to book ahead of time because they do the business and are always busy but not busy enough to take care of you in a bind. Bottom line they love there customers and the customers love them.

Kristin at Snip City is the BEST! She listens to what you want with your hair, asks pertinent questions, and explains what she will do in order to accommodate what you’re asking for. I have hair that is thick and coarse, and have always had trouble finding people who will cut it without a fuss or without ruining it. I like Kristin so much, I wish she were in NYC with me now! The rest of the staff there is also very pleasant and patient. I took my three young girls with me every time as well, and the staff were always sweet with them, painting their nails or giving them cups of water, conversing and generally keeping them engaged. I even once took my mom an hour before closing, and although she changed her mind several times about what she wanted- curls and keratin, curls and deep conditioning, curls and color- and it took almost three hours for what she finally did want, Kristin was patient throughout! Average starting price for a cut is around $50, and for my kids it was about $25. Definitely worth going to this salon, and making it your regular place!
