To start, I have always gotten my eyebrows threaded here and have had beautiful service. But the experience I had yesterday was absolutely horrendous. I got my upper lip waxed and the woman performing the service completely ripped my skin off my face but no where near my upper lip. I was told that it was due to the fact I had a small amount of lotion on but she covered with powder prior. Not sure if this is due to the wax being too hot. I just want to put it out there in case anyone ever experiences this. I went back and demanded my money and will not be returning to this facility.

They got me in quickly and did my eyebrows quickly but with good quality. The last place I went messed them up a bit but at Sneha’s they helped me get them looking better and were more than willing to work with me to get them back to where I want them. They were also realistic and honest that I couldn’t get them to where I wanted in one sitting which meant a lot to me, a lot of places will tell you they can do something that they can’t just for the money. Very professional and skilled, I will be returning many times!
