Not only was the shop very nice and clean, so was therestroom. Ms. Porcelain* got me right!!! Talked me thru the process while educating me at the same time. My first experience at snatched and I will be back for sure. My stylist, Hannah, is extremely professional with text reminders to confirm and asking questions before appt to make sure my expectations were met. The best thing is my twists were complete in less time than predicted!!! Now that is priceless! They look awesome too! I’ll be back for sure 🙂
