Tiffany did my nails and argued with me over what I wanted. I normally get dips done and it is what I asked for. The main reason I needed to get my nails done is because I just worked on my car and the grease was under where the nail starts to lift and I couldn’t get those areas clean with a brush. I asked her to make sure it was gone even if I needed a new set. She started working on my nails and I had to ask three additional times that she make sure the grease was gone. She assured me it would be gone. Well now I have grease lines stuck under acrylic nails. When I asked why she wasnt doing the dips, she said “no, you get acrylic.” I was upset. I spoke with Tiffany about it and she said I could come back in two weeks and she would do it again. I will NEVER go back here again. The two things I specified wanting, she disregarded and did what she wanted. Still charged me full price. The next week, the paint she put on looked horrible! I called to speak with the manager and I was unable to as Tiffany answered the phone and refused to connect me to her manager. Maybe her manager will be able to read this

Worst customer service ever. The lady’s we’re arguing with me and my friends about what we wanted. Was being extremely disrespectful and throwing my hands, being extremely rough. Once she noticed how we weren’t taking the situation lightly the lady’s moods instantly changed and they started acting nice. Will never go again, the nails were done awfully.
