My aunt called to ask about pricing and was assured of the price over the phone. Once we were seated, they started trying to upsell and telling us certain polishes “wouldn’t last” so we should use powder instead at a much higher rate, THEN told us that the pedicure they quoted over the phone was actually $15 more than they’d said. It is posted as one price on the wall, but they would not adhere to the wall prices. Also, they charge $20 more if you do get color on your manicures, something they tell you at the register after the service has already been done. They changed their friendly-ish attitudes with us quickly once we changed our minds on what to get after learning the real prices, and were no longer hospitable. Place was near empty the entire hour we were there, and I can see why. Poor, rude service, hidden pricing, and a very average job on both the mani and pedi we did get. So not worth it. We will not be back.

I had an appointment for a pedicure at LA Nails and they were randomly closed without letting me know anything. Snappy Nails got me in within 10 minutes. The staff is so down to earth, the facility is immaculate, they take Covid safety precautions, and they do an AMAZING job. I will be going here regularly from now on.
