Very impressed with my pedicure! The front desk and my nail tech were very friendly and accommodating. I don’t personally enjoy pedicures, so cannot speak to the service itself. However, the end results were immaculate and the nails are evenly shaped, which is something I do actually care about. As someone who works in the spa profession, I pay attention to sanitary processes and behaviours, and I felt very comfortable here. Highly recommend.

This place is going downhill. They raised the price and don’t let customers know beforehand. Seems like Amy and Ken just don’t care anymore, I think they let the workers try to run it which is horrible. Every time I go in there it seems like a customer is complaining. It’s definitely not like it used to be horrible service now. I was just there on Saturday and the person that did my nails didn’t even have the correct products to do them and couldn’t get a hold of Amy. I don’t blame her because she is great and i will miss her doing my nails.

I’ve been going there on and off since it opened. I live in Deerfield. And it just keeps getting worse. I got acrylic nail fill. And I wanted a little bit of sparkle polish on one finger and on the tips of the others. And she put so much on it never dried. And it’s thick as can be. $40 and I have to go and have this removed and repolished. It just keeps getting worse. And reading the other reviews. I had an appointment and I was not even greeted when I walked in they just looked at me. They don’t talk to you they talk in a different language to each other in a whisper. And nobody’s around. I had to ask who are you talking to. And I never had to wash my hands. That was the first time after they had done the fill.

I always get regular gel polish on my hands and feet whenever I come here and they never disappoint. I haven’t gotten a pedicure since before COVID (2020) and it showed. Maggie understood and took her time and scrubbed the heck out of my crusty heels. She even went back in when she wasn’t satisfied. Let me tell you my hands and feet look and feel spectacular.

Critical: QualityI’m really disappointed with this service. I went on Monday, 3/22 to get a dip manicure and a pedicure. On Wednesday, 3/24, I had to return because a piece of my middle finger dip chipped. They seemed really annoyed that I was there; the entire repair took 30 minutes because the man constantly got up and attended to other people. On Saturday, 3/27, I was out shopping and looked my hands and the polish of my left pinky had completely come off, not just a chip but the entire polish. I’ve gone to many other salons and this is the first time that the entire polish comes off 6 days into the manicure. Also, my cuticles look worse than when I arrived. I’ve been going to this place for some time now after struggling to find a decent, sanitary place. I will typically get a gel-mani and a pedi (alternating on whether I get the deluxe). I’ve had good days and bad days but never anything that I couldn’t write off as someone being too tired or it being way too busy. The only downsides are how long the gel polish would last. As a mom, I’m rough on my short nails, but they would often peel on the first week depending on the color I chose or how long my nails were (this also happened from high-end resort spas). I recently have tried the nextgen nails and they would have lasted longer if I had wanted. Amy does amazing ombre designs with the nextgen.
