Always a great experience! Jay is my nail artist here and he is so friendly. Always makes conversation and remembers returning clients very well. He is very artistic! Very accommodating and gets me in very quickly. I am always happy with his work and his professionalism. I have had work done by Chris as well and he does wonderful work too. Great nail spot. Just remember, usually they’re very busy and only 3 of them there most of the time but always nice and great service!

Always ask for Jay! It was a pretty quick process with a pretty great outcome. I’m a baby when it comes to my cuticles, but he was gentle and kind. The nails look great too! I wanted something simple and he perfected it. Highly recommend Acrylic nails, Nail painting

Not sure why good reviews. We should of known when we were the only clients. My nails were super long…now super short. My feet were not soaked before grater. Was told dip could not reach on both sides. My nails are all different lengths and crooked. Won’t be back…very unsanitary. The trash can was covered in filth and the color I picked out was mauve (light pink) and ended with dark almost black red.

My nails looked pretty good, but they didn’t get close enough to the bottoms of my nails causing them to look grown out right after I got them. There were also a few bumps on some of my nails. It seems that they rushed a little bit. Acrylic nails

Well I can’t tell you who I had working on me. He was friendly for sure and patient. I asked for gold glitter going down one nail, and I didn’t have that done. I really can’t put much blame on him given the circumstances we were under from another person. However it wasn’t done. I don’t think I got a full pedi I paid for as well. And I paid 110 for both. Some of my nails are uneven. Idk If he was new or not. I’m hoping for a better experience next time. I’ve seen a lot of their work which is amazing to say the least. They were pretty fast getting me in. So next trip I’m hoping to update this review

So I needed just a basic mani and pedi one day; my friend Lois recommended this place. I called, made an appointment for later that day. There were 3 guys doing the work – I am not sure the name of the guy who did my nails, but I know it was NOT Jay and it was NOT Chris. (Process of elimination listening to names.) This guy – who did a pretty good job, kept wanting me to get gels or dipped nails. I have had gels before and they just did so much damage to my nail that I do not want to mess with them again. I also like to bring my own OPI polish so I can do touch ups myself. I don’t think he liked either of these! I get that gels are more expensive and then I have to come back more often, so it’s a longer and more $$ for them, but I didn’t want them. While he was doing my pedi, I was messaging my friend and she said she always sees Jay – so just in passing, I mentioned to this guy, “Oh my friend always sees Jay here.” Response: “Then next time you ask for Jay!” I said, “well you are fine, I just mentioned who she sees.” AGAIN, he insisted that “Next time I ask for Jay.” I suspect that because I wasn’t going to be a long term more profitable client, he didn’t want me back – or else my feet were gross and he didn’t want to do them. (kidding on that part, but my friend even said Jay doesn’t like to do feet.) Whatever, they were fine on short notice in a pinch but I will go back to Fredericks where 1) I probably pay more but 2) feel like a valued customer.
