Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWent here while visiting family in sylva, got there around 4:15, they told me to come back at 5:15 and they would still provide service since i waited even though they closed at 5:30. Got my pedicure done first, she cut my toenails all the way down til she couldn’t cut anymore so they are now extremely too short. She rushed through painting them, and it literally only took her about 15 minutes for the whole thing when i paid for a 25 minute session. Then i went to get my acrylics filled and repolished and she was on the phone complaining to someone that she still had customers in the store, that she wouldn’t make it to her poker night. Not to mention they are very uneven and chunky looking. She finished my nails in under 20 minutes when usually a fill takes at least an hour at other salons where they take their time. Two days after this experience, my gel polish on my fingers are literally peeling off. Went here while visiting family in sylva, got there around 4:15, they told me to come back at 5:15 and they would still provide service since i waited even though they closed at 5:30. Got my pedicure done first, she cut my toenails all the way down til she couldn’t cut anymore so they are now extremely too short. Critical: CleanlinessFilthy! No sanitary efforts for tools or pedi bowls. They don’t wear mask. Overpriced. Ruined my nails. I’ve had mani-pedi for years. Worst salon ever. Main issue is unqualified operators. WAY overpriced for poor quality. But mostly just dirty and they use dirty tools on client after client. Recommend you pick another salon.

I called in advance to see if they had availability and was told they did so i show up and ended up waiting an hour and a half for only a pedicure. They even tried to get me to get a higher priced pedicure to spend more money. I wasn’t offered a discount or anything. The lady was in such a hurry she was VERY rough. Worst experience in a nail salon I’ve ever had. It takes a lot for me to rate someone so low. I haven’t been here in a few years. It wasn’t like this before. Waste of 2+ hours and $50.

The staff is usually nice and they do well on the nails but the prices constantly fluctuate I don’t think I ever pay the same amount but always get the same thing and the prices are always high. However I recently scheduled an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time as they took walk-ins ahead of me. When I got up to leave they said oh sorry. I feel this was the last straw for me I definitely won’t be back. The staff is usually nice and they do well on the nails but the prices constantly fluctuate I don’t think I ever pay the same amount but always get the same thing and the prices are always high. On the the paper they gave to pick out my pedicure the honey sugar scrub cost $30. She also told me that it would be $3 for color. They charged me $50. This place is a rip off. Then when she was done asked me if I wanted a wax… what so you can charge me another extra $20 on that too. They completely over charged me. And my pedicure isnt even that great.
