She can tailor her methods to work with my hairs needs and even built me a wig from snatch! I am yet to find someone in NW Indiana who comes second to her. She even out performs a lot of Chicago stylists. I’ve also had my hair done by Kenya who is also very talented. Both women have always been professional with me.Bivie has a wonderful personality and knows how to keep the vibe of the shop lively. I’ve had many laughs in her chair. I’ve been going to Bivie since 2018 and I don’t have a reason to see another stylist. Bivie is an expert. She can tailor her methods to work with my hairs needs and even built me a wig from snatch! The shop is nicely decorated. Bevvie had good conversation. My issue is that she didn’t dye my hair the color I wanted and I’ve been using the same hair company for almost a decade and my hair has been dyed many times so wasn’t the hair. But I could live with that my issues is that this was brand new hair and she cut all 3 of my bundles!! That’s over $500 in hair why cut the bundles let alone all 3. So my color wasn’t right, she cut my bundles and I got a side part and literally had the bulk of the hair on one side of my head. I’m super picky about my hair and I know most ladies are so I had to let you all know

I went to get a wig installed and the business is beautiful and so are the staff..i just think the person who put my wig on wasn’t tht experienced. I paid money but wasn’t satisfied w the result. You can see my lace and the glue its not on my head properly and the hair is stuck in the glue at some spots. Tried to fix it when i got home but I cant so im just stuck wearing it like it is. I dont think my experience is a reflection on the salon however and i would go back but maybe for something different than a wig installation. They were so nice so i would definitely go back.
