Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI was gifted a Groupon for Christmas to get lazer hair removal and I was super nervous, of course reading the reviews made me less nervous because everyone was saying how comfortable Sandra made them. six weeks ago I got my first treatment with Sandra and I was already seeing results my hair was growing in a little thinner and patchy (which means it is working). Today when I went in for my second treatment I noticed Sandra had a folder where she was keeping track of what level was working for me and basically getting a game plan for my treatments. She is so professional and makes you very comfortable even in awkward spots (like the Brazilian). I am just so happy I finally found someone I can trust to do lazer hair removal on me! So let me tell you a little about this little gem and the service i received. I initially inquired about treatment and had many questions. Sandra was super quick to respond and got me in much faster than anticipated. The nearby competitors did not respond or call back. One wanted me to pay for sessions and was reluctant to tell me they were booked out over a month and short handed. As this little place is hidden and may not be a ginormous fancy chain, it was very clean and comfortable.Now down to the nitty gritty…i was so nervous about having this service done for a handful of reasons. Sandra’s professionalism was on point, she talked me through things as we went and had interesting enough conversation to keep my mind off what was actually happening. Pain levels are different for everyone but i only had a few spots that kinda took my breath away. 15 minutes and i can’t believe it took me so many years to actually do this! My skin feels fine so far but it’s way too early to go into details about the results.Thanks Sandra for making this an easy peasy appointment and I’m looking forward to my next visit!
