I have been coming here for facials for the longest time! Joelle is truly amazing and goes to great lengths to ensure that each customer has a relaxing and enjoyable experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and always gives helpful advice if you’re facing any trouble areas. One of the best parts about this experience is that in all the years I have been coming here, she has never once pushed products on me. Do you know how rare that is? She will sometimes recommend things, but they’re always affordable drugstore products. Whenever people ask me where I go for facials, I ALWAYS recommend Joelle at Smooth Touch MediSpa! Just be sure to call far in advance for an appointment because she books up. Parking in this area can be a challenge too, so make sure you pay attention to where you leave your car or bring quarters. I usually park on the side of the road in the neighborhood behind the spa.

From The friendly Joel behind the desk , to the always smiling marcel who always has something nice to say to everyone and laughs while I whine and exaggerate my fear of electrolysis and finally to my lady Joelle who has been my skin advisor for the past ten years now , I have full confidence in giving this place five stars . Clean , professional and relaxing environment , you will feel amazing after leaving the establishment. I’ve never been pressured to buy any “ extras” on either packages , treatments and especially products and that’s one of the main reasons I have already felt comfortable there . If you listen to their advice on skincare etc , you will not fail in achieving healthy and vibrant skin . It’s definitely my favorite thing to look forward to each month when I go spoil myself and decompress from everything that’s happening outside it’s doors . Treat yourself ! You won’t regret it and will find three new wonderful people in your life as an added bonus !
