Started as a Groupon customer, stayed as a club member! I had Pat for my first session and he made it a stress-free experience and was very personable and friendly. I still plan on checking out his handy-man services! I’ve had Rosa for every session since, and she is great at her job and somehow makes me feel like we’re just casually hanging out, even though tattoo removal is SPICY. I was nervous when I found out that the company had been sold until I read the intro email from Dr. Peggy, the new owner, and then met her, and she feels like a kindred spirit. Can’t wait to talk to her more. I love this place. 10/10.
