She made the experience comfortable and was so warm welcoming! She consistently talked to me throughout my service and asked if the wax temperature was okay and how I was feeling. She’s the perfect example of someone who doesn’t just do her job for the pay – she truly does it because it’s something she loves to do. She sure knows how to make a girl feel pretty! I’ve been getting waxed for a good while now; however, I’ve never had an experience like this with my technician before. N’Kanola was amazing. She made the experience comfortable and was so warm welcoming! She consistently talked to me throughout my service and asked if the wax temperature was okay and how I was feeling. She was very nice, professional, understanding, and was constantly checking in with me to make sure that I was ok and not in pain. This has been the most amazing waxing experience I have ever had!
