We talked about my hair care routine and she has given me some great advice that helped benefit both mine and my daughters hair. She’s such a pleasure, very attentive & asked how I was feeling throughout the appointment offering snacks and drinks. Will definitely be booking again.

My hair came out very nice but the process was a bit frustrating. Her website says that she will charge an extra fee if you don’t drop off the hair 4 days before servicing and it also says to contact before dropping off the hair. Tried contacting, calling texting and emailing several times before the appointment so I can drop off the hair, however my messages were never replied to. On the day of my appointment I was contacted from a different number than what’s listed on the site. It was upsetting to me because I ended up getting charged a rush fee even though I made various attempts to try and strip off the hair. She does great hair but make sure you have the right number.
