I’ve gone here off and on for a few years now. I recently relocated to GA so unfortunately I’m not able to go anymore. I’ve tried three places down here and NONE of them measure up to Smooth. I had nothing but great experiences every time I went for services. Leah is amazing and so is the customer service from the rest of the staff! The facility is always clean and they have very strict sanitary practices when it comes to waxing. I absolutely love Smooth! Dear Owner, please open a boutique in south Georgia! Sincerely, a very satisfied customer!

First time visiting Smooth Skin Waxing in Beverly, 5/5 stars. I was greeted at the door by the receptionist, very friendly and offered me water. I waited briefly in the cute waiting room for my services. Mia, my wax specialist, showed me into a huge room. Full length mirror and a place to hang my things. The bed was so comfortable, I could have laid there for hours. Mia is so personable, like we were two friends catching up. She told me about the wax and products being used for my awareness. Super thrilled with the outcome of my services. The salon has great parking and looks beautiful, I cannot wait to go back.

I used to go to Tiffany before she moved to Hawaii. She was amazing! Then I went to Jasmine until she left to start her own business (Indigo Blue on Laskin Rd, check her out she’s amazing!) now I go to Katie or Kayla who do a great job too. I’ll start going back to Jasmine when they’re done with all that road work but Smooth downtown is a good option for now. I’ve never had a bad experience and they have really cute gifts, cards, scrubs, notebooks etc.

My experience at Smooth has always been positive. The atmosphere is incredibly tranquil and they provide relevant information based on your chosen service. I have had several appointments here, but I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who is a first-timer for hair removal. The aestheticians I’ve had are remarkably friendly. Shout-out to Hillary who helped me during my last visit! The appointment notifications are also a great benefit to the overall experience. I’ll be booking again!

Staff does NOT COMMUNICATE the difference in charges and what you membership covers. I brought my sister in law too, because she was interested in a Brazilian but never got one!!! Brought them business!!! Scheduled a Brazilian, got stuck at the drawbridge. Called to let them know I was running late asked if I could reschedule. They offered the following business day at 1, which was fine. Literally, AS SOON AS I GOT OFF THE PHONE, the draw bridge opened, I called back and asked if it was too late to come in. She said no that’s fine, she will do all she can. Perfect. I went in… got the service, from the tech, SHE IS ALWAYS GREAT!!! However, the receptionist DID NOT TELL ME, that I was going to pay FULL PRICE for a 20% job… and that no other services qualify for the membership discount. Told me I would have to pay the full price for a FULL BRAZILIAN the next day! All in all, I would be out $130+ Including tips for both days, when proper communication and simply saying “ma’am, I see you are member, for a partial job you will pretty much be paying the same price!” So I am informed and can make that choice! Then after I paid and addressed my concerns the receptionist was unbothered like “oh well, your problem…NOT MINE!” I asked to speak with a manager, she was like “she is not here, I can have her call you! what did you want to say or tell her…“ I simply told her, “I feel like you did not COMMUNICATE what would have been best considering YOU KNEW that the wax I scheduled, vs. the wax I would be getting, would not qualify for the membership rate and literally was a partial job for $4 less. If I would have known that I would have rescheduled for sure and just came in the next day. Definitely off putting! 🙁
