Brought my daughter in, 6 yrs old and we had a spa-day. They were so super sweet with her. It’s hard to have a conversation with a 6 yr old but they did so great with her. I would give this place 10 stars out of 5. You absolutely must visit!! Amy worked with us, and she (as is everyone else here) has such a beautiful personality and so easy to work with.

We are from IL and got married in TN. Our venue, Honeysuckle Hills recommended Smoky Mountain Salon & Spa. They did my manicure, hair and makeup and my husband’s hair and eyebrows. Amy Ogle did my manicure and hair and she was wonderful! She did a classic manicure that lasted for two weeks! I have long hair that I wanted down, curled and a hair pin put in. She nailed it! Their makeup artist did airbrush on me and it lasted throughout an outdoor wedding. I looked like a glammed-up version of myself, it was perfect! Hannah McClure waxed my husband’s eyebrows and cut his hair and she did an awesome job! The salon is super cute and very clean. I would highly recommend this salon!!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis was the closest to our home when we moved to the area and made a call to them and left a message.It was the Wednesday (late in the day) before the Memorial Day weekend and we received a return call on the Tuesday following the weekend.We made an appointment for the next week and showed up ready to have the haircut.When we showed up we were a few minutes early and needed to wait in the vehicle (no problem) but we’re told we had to wear a mask.Nothing was mentioned about masking up when we connected with them to make the appointment?When we asked why that I do was being shared now she said it was on Facebook and we should have known.The initial red flag could have been the very delayed return of our call but with a holiday weekend we just figured they were taking more time for themselves and let it go.Secondly, to make no mention of the mask requirement was a big deal in the times we are living in.The worst part was the rudeness when we asked why we were not told (we waited 7 days from the return call when the appointment was set) about the mask when we made the appointment??? Seems logical to us that one would at least say check out our procedures which are listed on our website or Facebook. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Smoky Mountain Salon & Spa. My bridal party & I were very happy with everything. I have never been so happy with an updo with my natural curls. The makeup was pneomenal as well. Again can’t say enough great things about this salon. I’m from Ohio and was nervous about getting my wedding hair done by a place I had no idea about, but kudos to this team. Wonderful People 🙂

Wow…what a disappointment. My hair has a section that wasn’t even cut in the back of my short cut. The waxing, well, great WAX. But since I payed for eyebrows lip and chin I expected to get a full lip and chin waxing. I was in the parking lot tweeting my chin and lip. I payed $65 for services and a $10 tip. I feel robbed and will have to get ALL services redone. Again, what a disappointment.
