Her extensions and color is unmatched! I’m a flight attendant who flies in and out of town to sit in her chair because I don’t trust anyone else with my look. She’s the best and a true professional. Smiley has been doing my hair for one year now, and I am so thankful that I found her on social media (FB and IG). She has been very professional from the first time I had my consultation with her (January 2020) to my now standing appointments (January 2021). She cuts/styles the best short pixie cuts. Her permanent color is absolutely beautiful, and I always get the most compliments on both my pixie and color. In addition, the shop is always neat and clean. Critical: Cleanliness, PunctualityMy appointment was at 11am. I got here at 10:50 a.m. it’s now 11:25 and I have not been called back for my consultation that I drove an hour for. For the cost of these hair units $400 up to $1,000 it is unacceptable that my time cannot be valued. I expect better. You can’t expect someone to pay that amount of money and can’t even get seen on time. Just listening to phone calls that were made back to people about having to change appointments that is a red flag for me. I will go to another hair unit specialist .When I tell you I have been to salons that are on point. When they say 11am appt, you will be that chair at 11am, no excuses. So many people have gotten so use to bad business practices that it just becomes the norm for them but never for me will I accept it because there are too many other stylists and hair unit specialists that are on point.My appointment was at 11am.
