When you think of nails spa/salon, you think of a relaxing, good vibes, de-stressing environment. Well, I didnt get it here at Smiley Nails II. They should also change their name to “Grumpy Nails” than Smiley because Ive never seen anyone that works here smile aside from Julie!

I gave this place 2 trials. I got a certificate from someone to use here. The two times I went for pedicures was horrible. First time they cut my nails super short. Second time I went today my pedicure took 8-10 minutes the lady was rushing and made me feel so uncomfortable. Not just that she didn’t even removed the rest of my nail polish, not just that my feet have dry skin left she didn’t take her time at all, I’m so annoyed I wish I didn’t have to leave a tip. Not coming back. I’m new to elmhurst I was looking for a mail place but I guess I failed in that perspective. This place is terrible

Scheduled an appointment here last weekend and just felt like I was a bother to the staff the entire time. Got a regular pedicure and was in and out in less than 20 min -with drying! The polish was fine but that’s about it. Very disappointed in my experience since I was just traveling and picked a place with decent reviews near where I was staying.

Toma I believe that’s her name did an Amazing job. She was fast but made sure my feet were right! I would definitely go back to her. I didn’t have an appointment but she squeezed me in and im grateful for that!!!

Staff is not friendly at all, they should change their name. No smile anywhere to be found. Nails were done fine nothing exciting. Definitely would not recommend or visit again. Pedicure

Low quality and unprofessional. My big toe’s paint nearly came off after drying because she put too much and probably no top coat. The rest of the nails were not precise. $40 for something I could have done at home myself. I went back after noticing, and we’ll before closure at 5:30 Pm and she told me they were closed and would not redo it. Absolutely disappointing.

The worst pedicure I have ever had. I have had one before and it was bad and gave them a second chance when I received a gift certificate and it turned out to be worst than the first. Very unprofessional very ignorant people. I have been a licensed nail tech 25 plus years and worked with clients for 13 years. Do not go there. Pedicure

I have never had my no-chip manicure and pedicure look so good so consistently…and even with different technicians. My no chips are lasting 3+ weeks! These ladies do a stellar job. Critical: QualityI had a bad feeling when I was assigned a male tech but I decided to not be so prejudiced and give him a chance. Bad idea! He did a poor job with the polish and had to scrub the edges of every toe with polish remover. He also kept scraping at the cuticle of my right big toe until it became red and inflamed. Three days later it is still red and painful and I am avoiding closed toe shoes just to not rub anything against it. Not sure I will be returning. I had a bad feeling when I was assigned a male tech but I decided to not be so prejudiced and give him a chance. Bad idea! He did a poor job with the polish and had to scrub the edges of every toe with polish remover. He also kept scraping at the cuticle of my right big toe until it became red and inflamed.
