Love Smiley Nail Spa!! Everyone is always so friendly and kind. I love that they offer beverages. The environment is clean & calm. The massage chair and pedicure experience is very relaxing. I had an appointment and was 10 minutes late and they made me wait for over 45 minutes. Then, they used some weird method of ripping off my acrylic which was so painful and when I asked if they could do something else, they said no this is quick and better. The entire manicure felt rushed, no massage, and was pretty horrible. I had been there before but they were clearly overbooked and I felt like I was coming in for the fastest manicure ever. My mom and I were really unhappy with the entire thing. Too bad I saw the reviews and they were really great!

They did a good job overall but made me wait for 30 mins after the time of my appointment and they don’t have any dryers to speed up the drying process. So I lost almost an hour in just waiting time before and after.
