I bought this hoping the company would be better than the last one I dealt with, but also that the product would help me. I was impressed with the return policy. When I received my impression kit I unfortunately got covid. I waited a few weeks to be safe and not send them a covid covered impression. Stupid me. When I received my guards and tried them for a week I realized they would not help me. I need a harder material which they do not offer. I was disappointed having bought a years worth of guards that can’t be used. They told me I did not qualify for the refund, but I can try a thicker guard. I said I don’t want to waste more money and asked how I didn’t apply for the refund when it had only been 3 weeks and you have 45 days. Well here we go, the refund period starts when they send you the impression kit. I honestly think that is an unfair timeline because at least two weeks of it is caught up in you mailing it back to them and waiting for your guard then them mailing it back to you. I never got a nice response. I was expecting something like “I’m so sorry this didn’t work for you. We appreciate your business” nothing like that. It was disappointing. I just want everyone to be aware of the timeline for that refund. Hopefully the product just works for you and you never have to utilize it.

Disappointing quality and fit and really bad communication. This could be such a great, affordable alternative to the dentist when it comes to purchasing a night guard. I wanted to love it, however, these three areas are far below excellence: 1) Speed – The process is incredibly slow. Expect more than a month from start to finish. 2) Fit – My night guard is super loose, and I”m not sure it’s going to last long. 2) Customer Service – I’ve reached out using the contact details on their site to let them know about the problem with fit and to ask for a suggestion. They never responded. I reached out once during the process of waiting for my guards to be shipped too, and I got a super short response saying not to worry about it. It would be shipped. (But they sent no status updates throughout the process and no estimated arrival, so it was blind faith.) If they would fix those issues, I think it could have huge potential, but I wouldn’t use them again personally.

Terrible quality and return policy is not a full refund. Took over 2 months to receive my mouth guards, their impression tray didn’t fit in my mouth and I had to pay for a new one. The new one arrived and it was the same size, I finally received the right size but paid for shipping as well as more clay and didn’t get refunded though it was clearly their mistake. The final products were poorly cut, shaved down to almost nothing, and were covered in plastic shavings. They didn’t look like they would stay on my teeth and I felt like I was just swallowing plastic even after washing them. I lost over $30 with all the shipping costs as they do not refund shipping costs in the return policy.

I bought a night gaurd from them because it is so much cheaper than my dentist office. But, it only lasted one month! The last one I bought from the dentist, while it was like $500, lasted about 10 years. So, not actually saving any money.

Total awesome kit! The custom teeth whitening trays fit like a glove and are super comfortable. No slipping, sliding and ooey goo all over the place! I could definitely tell a difference even after the initial use. The Smile Brilliant custom teeth trays are super comfortable and the gel is very effective at removing stains.

This has to be the BEST at home Whitening Kit Ever! My teeth weren’t bad before, but drinking tea and coffee on a daily basis, took away my bright smile. I’ve tried other products before but had way too much tooth sensitivity with little results. After my first use of Smile Brilliant, I experienced NO tooth pain!! This was a big deal for me! The custom trays give you not only comfort but the best even whitening process. I had the pleasure to work with Marty from the Smile Brilliant Team; he was just wonderful! He made my whitening process so much easier, he was very prompt and knowledgeable. Marty definitely made my experience that much better!

I want to start out saying I love this company!! I went to the dentist and found out I had a cavity on my very front tooth, and I questioned how I would get that tooth to match my others after the filing was done since it would be a fake tooth. I decided to whiten my teeth as much as I could before having my dentist match the filling to my teeth. I decided to go with this product after seeing all the great reviews! Smile Brilliant has made my smile amazing. Now, I do not have to worry about my filling not matching my teeth because I can always whiten my teeth back to the same color as my filling.

Such an awesome product. I used to use whitening strips but got so frustrated from the taste, mess, and sensitivity I experienced. My trays from Smile Brilliant arrived quickly and fit perfectly. The gel was so much more gentle than others I had experienced and really did work on my teeth. Definitely recommend to everyone looking for whitening options!

It’s much more affordable than visiting the dentist to have it done for the same result! On top of which, you’re receiving a custom made tray. The trays help in providing a full coverage whitening instead of only .. the front like whitening strips. An overall great experience!
