Look, no one wants tooth pain. But if you have it, this is the place to go. From my first appointment, the staff made me feel comfortable. I haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years because I’m afraid. Well it caught up with me and I had to have a tooth pulled. Dr. Kelly was very kind and advised me of all my options. Her assistant Iman was just as kind and nice. They squeezed me in on a Saturday morning and I didn’t have to wait until my actual appointment the following Thursday. They were up front with all the costs involved. If I wasn’t moving I would make them my dentist and start going again. Definitely set the standard for oral care.

I have been seeing the staff at Smile and Skin for a couple of years now and I have never been to a more professional office in my life. From the front desk, to the assistants, to the hygienists, to the doctors and specialists, they are all very qualified at what they do. I have had to have a lot of dental work done, from basic cleanings, to extractions and gum surgery and it was nice to not have to be referred out to another office and to have all of my services done in one office. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great team of dentists and specialists.

I’ve been a long time patient of Dr Meola and have recommended a handful of people to him. He is great with his patients and takes the time to explain treatment if any is needed. What’s great about the office is that if you need extensive dental work, his specialists are all in one office. I have recently taken my kids here for their cleanings and my 5 year old son had a filling with Dr Konfino and she did such a great job with him. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a family dental practice!

I really enjoyed going to them when I lived in Waltham. My first time there, the gave me a coupon for a free facial (also done in the same building), which was great. The hygienists were very gentle during the cleanings and the office has evening and weekend hours, which is great for people with a 9-5 work schedule. What bothered me was that Dr. Meola recommended invisalign and it was brought up repeatedly despite the fact that none of my past dentists in the past mentioned me needing it. Probably since this office does a lot with cosmetic improvements, they recommended it in order to make some extra money.

The front desk staff is rude. dr. Kelly is young and has no clue what she’s doing. She rushes through appointments, and doesn’t communicate with the hygienist. She missed that I had a cavity that the hygienist noticed. She did such a horrible job on my filling , I felt it and she had to give me Novocain twice in the middle of the procedure?!!! I had a panic attack and couldn’t breathe. The whole thing was Traumatizing and it hurt and she didn’t care. When I asked the office staff to go through insurance and bill with me, they were so rude. I was anxious, And the office staff said to me, “if you are going to be so paranoid…”

I have been seeing Dr. Meola for several years now. I have always had great experiences with cleanings and it is great that all of his specialists are in that location (I am on the older side and traveling from office to office is too much). Recently Dr. Meola starting offering BOTOX which is great because as I get older, I want to look how I feel. Overall, I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a great local dentist.
