My husband and I both had an appointment at 9:30 am we drove from San Francisco and got stuck on traffic and made us 6 mins late to our appointment. They refused to take us in and we waited until 10 am to see if we could get in and it didn’t happen. Will take our business to another location.

My experience with the team at Smile Direct Club in Walnut Creek was nothing short of superb! It started with a reminder of my appointment at the time I had scheduled the day before- which included photos of exactly where I needed to go (it can be a bit confusing in that building!) then the woman who greeted me at the door was very courteous and kind. The facility was extremely clean and had taken great measures during these Covid times. I then met Nickole- who did my scan; she was absolutely delightful! She made me feel completely at ease as well as welcomed. She had a great demeanor and was cheerful whilst professional the whole time. The scan was absolutely seamless. JP came in to do a follow up to make sure my scan was 100% ready to be cleared and also chatted with me- making it such a friendly environment. I couldn’t recommend this location or service enough! Wonderful folks.
