My experience reflects this company displays horrible integrity. Smiles are not guaranteed, as advertised, and it is extremely difficult to get additional retainers after you complete the treatment. I’m blown away how hard it has been to work with Smile Direct. They honestly have really bad customer service, and it doesn’t matter how many times you attempt to give them the benefit of the doubt, they clearly just don’t care. I can’t believe I’ve wasted this much time. I’d recommend contrasting all competitors and local dentistries with Smile Direct before coming to a decision to move forward with their services. Good luck ordering retainers, if you do, trust me.

Octavia took care of me, she was so caring and made sure I had all the knowledge I need before walking out. I was so comfortable with her, she most definitely made me smile a lot, she’s fabulous!! Awful! First they lost my kit, so I went to the actual store and got re-scanned. My teeth were still not right after the treatment plan. They went ahead and charged me for the retention aligners, but never sent them even though I never asked for them because I was not happy. Went back to the store to get re-scanned and waited 6 weeks with no word. I called and they said they made a mistake and did not approve the touch up kit. She went ahead and approved it. I called back a month later and they said the same thing! I should get my new kit in 4-5 weeks. I expressed my frustration and the lady hung up on my. This company is a joke. Please go somewhere else!

Just went to the smile direct shop in Avon and absolutely loved the experience I felt extremely welcomed and comfortable and the process was very quick! I had Brenden do my exam/scan and he was really friendly, even made conversation with me so that it wasn’t just quiet. He made me feel more comfortable about my teeth and it really felt like a judge free zone. He answered all of my questions and was really kind. 10/10 would highly recommend! Great service.

The facility was very clean and they were clearly very concerned about maintaining a safe environment for clients and staff amidst the pandemic. Octavia was my service rep and she did a great job! She was very personable and did a great job building rapport during my visit. She took time to answer my questions and explained everything in a way I could understand.
