Made an appointment two days ago .. I’ve been receiving calls ever since . Now the day of my appointment I receive a text from Naja saying she looks forward to seeing me today . I arrive at 1:47 for my 2pm appointment and ring the intercom no response and happen to see a sign on the door stating they are closed today !!! Now I have to reschedule and I’m not sure if I want to now ! After a 40 min drive after I just left work !

Nicole, the orthodontist assistant was pleasant. She told me about care credit. Nicole made me glad for coming to the 3D scan. The 3D visuals on the computer screen made me feel better about the possibility of fixing my teeth in the future. I would like to enroll now, but I can’t afford it..I have bills and situations to deal with that I shouldn’t have and have to find a better way of doing things and affording things based on like-minded connections. In conclusion, Nicole also told me in the scan results set to my email. I will also find out about other dental work I need. This is great because upon working with a dentist I am comfortable with I can address dental appearance and health related issues too. I need ways to address all my health needs holistically for wellbeing and physical health. I am 49 years old. Thank you Nicole for trying to make me feel comfortable with my future smile and dental plans. Thank you encouraging me to still seek a way to get coverage. Especially, since I have never found coverage or payment pay approval help in the past. I have smile and dental needs.

My experience at this location was not good. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter. We arrived on time but we were thrown off by the lack of a store front sign. We ended up driving around the shopping center looking for smile Direct Club sign but as it turns out it’s located within ‘My Salon’. Then when you enter it’s a small vestibule with 4 chairs and an intercom video system. You have to read through several notes taped on the wall to figure out the code for smile direct. When we arrived there were 2 other people seated for another business. The intercom voice told us to wait which we did. The rep that came out didn’t realize I was with my daughter and spoke directly to her to inform her she could not be seen because they have a strict 15min late policy. My daughter explained she were looking for the place and had been sitting there waiting and pointed out that the time was 4:16pm 1 minute past the 15min policy. The rep apologized but refused to admit her and then I spoke up and the rep was obviously surprised that my teenage daughter was accompanied by an adult. Obviously she just didn’t want to waste her time selling her pitch to what she thought was a teenager without the financial ability to lock in a deal that day. I just told her I’d call back to reschedule but obviously I have no intention of wasting my time with these rude and unprofessional people.

I went in for a touch up scan. This has been I wanna say my 3rd time visiting a smile shop & when I say this visit was the best of all; thanks to Cleo & Naja! In fact, all the ladies there were so welcoming and professional . Naja & Cleo took great interest in making sure my needs were met and understanding my previous experiences. They both assisted with my scan to ensure I was comfortable while doing them and made sure i was satisfied with them to ensure we got it right this time around before sending them off to be approved. We all know those at home kits can be tough for some of us! I appreciated you ladies so much and will definitely take the drive from BX again if I have to. Lol. Overall great experience!
