I had an amazing experience here. I booked an appointment the night before and was in the next morning. I received a text message an hour and a half before my appointment with a picture of the front of the building (which was super helpful since it was in a complex). Got here no problem, parked and went upstairs. Lakisha took me back as soon as I came in and she was amazing! Her personality was so sweet and we honestly had a great time all while setting up my profile and taking the 3D images of my teeth (super cool by the way, goodbye to those weird, squishy impressions — which they still offer if you’re not within range of an actual Smile Direct Club location). I signed up before I left and I’m SO excited to get my trays. Can’t wait to see the difference!

Had a consultation at the Cherry Hill location with LaKisha today; she was very friendly, well informed and accommodating. I do understand what a previous customer said about feeling as though they are expecting you to make a decision right on the spot; however , I was pretty resolved in my head beforehand that I wanted to go forward, and the only thing that would stop me is if this company didn’t seem reputable. We went for a free assessment on a Saturday. The instructions provided by the company in email was detailed and it was easy to find the parking, etc. Although we were 15 minutes late, we were not turned away or anything like that. We received the warmest welcome. My husband had the appointment with Sha’Mair, she was great and extremely informative. She knows her craft.
