Not being from Channelview, I was unsure about going to smile cuts due to the reviews I had read, however my aunt highly recommended this salon. Best choice I had made, considering that I myself have 17 years of experience as an ex hairdresser, Letty met all my expectations, and my hair looks great! She was friendly and very attentive and my hair cut was excellent. I am highly satisfied and will continue to make the trip from Austin for a haircut!

I was forced to select one star in order to leave this review but this place gets ZERO stars. Beyond incompetent hair stylists. They claim to know how to cut hair but they don’t. They’ll just butcher your hair – you are better off cutting your own hair. Avoid this place like a plague – DON’T go!

Called before hand to confirm availability and arrived on time but closed the doors and blinds on me after seeing me arrive after driving 30 minutes to get there . Not the first time this has happened and also have also had bad edge ups before but gave them the Benifits of the doubt however I won’t be going there no more and do not recommend .
