I’ve been a customer at this salon for over 2yrs and can say nothing but wonderful things about the salon, but especially about my stylist, Tori. She is knowledgeable, efficient and an expert in her craft. She has patience with difficult customers – those with physical/mental challenges as well as those with attitude challenges. Despite the fact that the shop is short-staffed, she juggles the roles of stylist/receptionist/manager with a sense of humor. I enjoy my time in the shop and love how Miss Tori takes great care of my hair.

Yesterday I went in after receiving a disastrous haircut from Supercuts in Spring Branch. Tori was so generous and took such great great care of me to repair all the damage that was done. Over a week ago i went in to the Smartstyle as a walk-in. I was hoping to get a root touch up. The young lady there (Jazmin) whom i had never seen before was Quick to greet me as i reluctantly walked in. Fortunately she did not have anyone in her chair and i was attended Quickly. My hair was in need of some serious TLC. I explained to Jazmin that i did not like that fact that i had to get a retouch every few weeks. Jazmin suggested that i get highlights which i had never had before. She explained that highlights would help to camouflage the grey a little longer.
