My mother and I came around 6:45pm yesterday. Only one stylist available so she immediately let us know that it would be about a 25 minute wait as she had one appointment ahead of us. You may shop at the Walmart and they can let you know when they’re available yet we decided to just sit and wait.

I called this salon this morning to ask about prices, once the woman told me the price she immediately said ok and then click.. hung up on me, I was about to ask for an appointment but wasn’t even given the chance to reply. I thought maybe she was busy, so I just went to the salon. I got a wash and a simple trim, the woman (Rosa) who cut it did a good job and was very nice and professional. I went to check out and was charged $10 more than what they initially told me, when asking about the price I was told it’s because I have long hair even though I got a simple trim. I got a coupon online for $2 off at that specific salon and they refused to accept it and told me they can’t take it because they didn’t want it to “mess up their computer” and they don’t know about any coupon. The woman with a thick accent is the one who hung up in my face and refused to accept the coupon. Really disappointed in the company for giving coupons that can’t be used, and not giving me a correct price or a consultation before hand.

I would give no stars if I could! I went in asking for a lob(long bob) I should of known from the beginning it was a bad idea..she didn’t know what a lob was so another stylist explained it to her which she then acted like she knew. After she got done, I had to ask her to fix the front, one side was longer than the other. AFTER she got done fixing it, it was worse than before but I didn’t want her messing it up even more so I just left. She COMPLETELY RUINED the back. It looks like a toddler got a hold of my hair and just went crazy with scissors. Nice lady, doesn’t know what the heck she’s doing!

If I can give this place -5 star I would, my husband when there yesterday March 4, 2018 to get a hair cut & the lady (Alia) made pass the credit card 2 times because the “machine did not work” then told him that the payment never when trought and then he show her that on the app of our bank (wells fargo) it show that the payment was made 2 times the amount of the haircut, she refused to give the money back until I got someone from the bank to confirm the payment was charged twice, then she refused to give us a recit. She gave us the money back in cash. She treated us like we wanted not pay for it we just wanted the double charge to be reimbust to us. Never go to this place super rude & trying to scam people of their money.
