One of the worst haircuts in my life. Older,short woman chopped off my hair to get to next customer before her other co-workers got back from lunch . Plus she didn’t wash my hair but she charged me for a wash & cut. She was not professional. I will not return or recommend that old woman.

This was the most disappointing experience to date. I hadn’t treated myself to a salon anything in years I finally wanted to do something for myself even if it was just a cut. I showed stylist picture of what I wanted and I literally got an 80s mullet. My bangs hair everything too short. I was still nice didn’t say anything cause tears were about to come out. I still tipped because I know the struggles and bought product thinking if I sleep on it. Well I slept and still a mullet. I called another sister salon got a wonderful manager Kristen showed her pics and she greatly helped me and she is much appreciated. For this location though the stylist on duty was helpful in trying to get me a refund but a manager Gabby was saying couldn’t get full refund because it was buyers remorse. No my hair is gone and the effect on me you genuinely don’t care or understand. All I can say is be cautious who you let do your hair speak up right then and there and go where people care about making you feel great. I know it will grow back just dissatisfied and disappointed.

Not to happy with my hair cut. Thought the layers and framing around my face could have been better. Instead much shorter than I’d like. I did request long layers. This is twice this happen to me. My hair looks choppy not blended layers. Going to have to wait for it to grow out so I can get it fixed. I Did like how curitious the employees are.
