I used to go here for haircuts until today. When I went in today I sat down for a cut with a new lady who was Hispanic. When I explained my cut which has a hard line she said that cost an extra 7 bucks for the line alone. I’ve never been charged separately for part of a whole haircut in my life. Girl at front desk was very confrontational and not friendly. Assessed me at register rather than inviting me into Salon and selling me a service. Salon was empty and she wouldn’t take a walk-in for a simple root tip touch up. Stated she had appointments coming in, two employees standing around. I walked out of shopping at Walmart and only here younger employee was busy and she is still standing around! What poor service & customer experience I had!
