The lady sat us down and my sister went first and everything seemed to be going good until she supposedly finished and my sisters hair was so uneven we addressed it and we were like is this side supposed to be longer she quick saw her mistake put her back on the chair but proceeded to go shorter when she was finished not only was it shorter it was still uneven. Then it was my turn I decided to go through with it even after seeing her make a mistake because I trusted that she just made a small mistake and that she’s do a better job with me. When I sat down I showed her a picture of the length I wanted and it was a picture where the girl had her hair collarbone length but still able to touch her neck and back. As soon as the lady started cutting my hair I knew it wasn’t going well. She cut it so short it was at ear length and not only was it so short one side was longer than the other.
