Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI showed up and asked for a trim & full color… I was greeted by Seansie and she was SOOO extremely sweet and helpful! She catered to me, making sure I picked the perfect color. She provided good and professional conversation the entire time I was in the salon and just made me feel SO comfortable with her handling my hair(I don’t let many people touch my hair). After the color set, she washed & conditioned my hair, took me back, and trimmed my hair exactly to the length and style I wanted. She blow dried my hair and I paid. The price was absolutely reasonable for the amount of time spent in the salon. I would go back any time I need my hair done again. Also, a shout out to her co-worker Alizè,(sp) who was JUST as sweet and attentive to the other customers! The first employee I encountered started cutting my hair and when I pointed out it wasn’t like I told her she got all nasty and gave the scissors to the other lady working there and walked off. I didnt get what I wanted by a long shot and I am extremely disappointed with the outcome and overall experience. Now I have to pay AGAIN to have my hair fixed somewhere else. I will not be going there again.

Took 5 minutes just for the stylist to acknowledge me, IDK of they thought I’d go away if they just ignored me or what?! Kept sighing in frustration at every little thing. Had a very rude attitude. While I was there an elderly lady came in and she was like that with her as well. I was thankful when she was done to be honest. Very awkward experience, I don’t think I’ll be be coming back to this particular location.
