She took her time and was able to make Mom look great. Shawntee worked very hard to get the look Mom likes. Shawntee treated Mom as if she were her own Mom. From now on, We will both go to Smart Style and ask for Shawntee for services.

First, let me say I have NEVER given 5 stars. Secondly, I have been going here for several years, I am not a newby to this place. We have only had one hair dresser ( back home, Harker Heights ) for 20 plus years.. We called Monday to ask about hours and ran into our new best hair cutting friend Angie. Very polite on the phone and very helpful when we went in. We, me and the husband, both got cuts from her. She listened to our issues about other stylist and their cuts, what WE wanted and how she could help us to look amazing. The only words we had when she finished both cuts were “You’re Hired!!!. This is our place, make it yours!!!

Don’t bother making an appointment. They won’t honor that time. Also, the turnover rate is so high that you’ll never find and keep up a rapport with a stylist. I talked to the stylists and they say the company is horribly mismanaged and that the first opportunity they get to leave they take it. It is sad, I waited 1.5 hours for a haircut and watched 4 people come and go out of disgust taking their business elsewhere.
