Nope! All I did was call to make my daughter an appointment before school starts, but Robin was rude as hell. Not only did she hang up on me, while I was checking pricing, but when I called back to tell her she hung up on me, she said “No, I didn’t.” Get real…you either want to get paid or you don’t. Storm or not, never be rude to potential clients.

Worst experience ever! This was my first and last time going here. Went in for an undercut for the nape of my hair ( basically fading a small section of my hair at the part closest to my neck). I showed the stylist Zavar pictures of my hair showing what I wanted since I had it done many times before, and she said she could do it. She basically ran her clippers too far up my head cutting parts of my hair that was braided away from the part that I wanted her to cut. When I took down my braids huge chunks of my hair fell out from the back of my hair, where she ran the clippers up too far! I went there the very next day and spoke with a manager named Robin since Zavar the stylist wasn’t there. Robin was so rude and inconsiderate. She saw my hair and admitted that the stylist was wrong for how she ran the clippers up my head; but all she had to say to me was “what do you expect us to do now, I mean we can’t make your hair grow back!” I was so angry! I asked her for her supervisor’s number and she refused to give it to me until I told her that I wasn’t leaving without it. I called and left a voicemail for the supervisor Lucy. I am currently waiting to hear back from her. Please do not go here! The service is very bad and stylist does not listen to what you want. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else where you can treated with respect and compassion.

You guys had very bad attitude and two of them where talking bad about my kids hair and went behind to chatter about increasing the price of my kids haircut and her facial expressions, and when my friends kid did his hair she barely even cut anything and when they wanted more they said they would charge them twice the price.
