Asked for a ladies trim on a short cut. I emphasized several times not too short. The hairdresser argued that she would use clippers with long blades after I clearly said scissor cut. She asked if I wanted blunt cut sideburns. 2 times I said tapered. She pulls out trimming clippers in spite of my request for scissor cut and cut my sideburns to the top, yes top of my ear. Then she continued all around until I now have a very short man’s cut. It will take months to look like a woman again. Ugh

I was in need of a last minute do over!! Had really bad split ends, roots were horrible and had a special occasion that popped up sooner than expected. I called a couple places and they were booked and this was next on my list and they took me in in no time. Customer service was great and all the girls were extremely nice. My hair dresser, Juanita, said she had been in the business for 20 years and it truly shown! I don’t think my hair has ever felt this light while being so full still (mind you I have really long, thick and heavy hair). I was completely satisfied from the greet to my walk in, to the shampoo bowl, to the dryer and my hairstyle! Thank you for such an amazing experience and I will definitely be back soon!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI showed up wed night at 5:20, for my son to get a kids hair cut. No one was behind the counter or by the chairs. We stood and waited for a bit then I made an appointment online for asap assuming that may get someone’s attention. Waited another 5 min and called, no one answered the phone, just rang and rang. i went here to get a haircut, i don’t quite remember the girl who cut my hair but she did it carelessly. i was trying to tell her the way my hair parted and she continued to tell me that it didn’t matter, which in my opinion, it does. anyways, she tells me to look down and she just starts chopping at my hair like some maniac. she cut it longer than i wanted, which is good so i can go get it fixed at another salon. but not only did she cut it longer, it was so uneven and choppy. i probably would’ve done better if i cut it myself. the haircut was a total of about 5 minutes. i wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve given this place 2 chances & I’ll never try again. Both times, one being today, I had to deal with rudeness, attitude & unprofessinalism. No greeting when we walked in. The ladies were too busy sitting in their chairs on their phones. Before I went in today, I called to make sure they could do a specific cut & the lady on the phone told me yes they could, to come on in. We get there & I show her a picture, she sends me to one of the stylist & she tells me she “can’t do the the cut that low or that tight” but possibly another girl could & she was coming back from break. She tells me she couldn’t either. To take him to a barber shop. And actually said they’d “try”. No. You’re not experimenting on my sons head! I told them the wasted my time & this was ridiculous. I mean, why be listed under BARBER SHOP if you can’t do a simple fade & edge up?!
