This business in a joke! Don’t waste your time or money here. There is only one stylist working there and when it comes to highlights, she has no idea what to do. Even if you have an appointment, you will have to sit around waiting forever. It will take at least 6 hours to get it done because walk-ins haircuts take precedence over appointments. She had no clue how to highlight hair I left. My scalp is burned, my hair is fried to a crisp and absolutely ruined. What’s even worse than having you scalp burned and hair ruined… The sign said $99 for highlights. I went to pay and they charged me $159.99 plus tax! She will ruin your hair and make you pay thru the nose for her ruining it. The whole time I was there the people working complained about their hair stylist teacher. This place is a joke, a money rip off, and you will pay the price by having your hair completely ruined… Don’t waste your time or money!!!!!

I got a pretty bad haircut from this place. It was a low fade but it was uneven in the back and the sides. I later hopped on a plane to visit my girl and was in a rush to notice my hair. She said she loved it regardless of it’s flaws. Damn, I love her.

Awesome! Jasmin or Jazz as she prefers; did a fantastic job in French braiding my hair! I didn’t have to wait and she did it just as I asked; so tight that my eyes sing! I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Clean and friendly place!

I have very thick hair that not many hair stylists know how to work with.. I usually go home disappointed about how my cut came out, and I have to do some cutting myself to fix what they messed up. I decided to try Smart Style since it was my cheapest option in Huntsville and it turned out to be my best haircutting experience ever. The ladies working at Smart Style made great conversation and I felt very comfortable there. Jazz cut my hair and she did an amazing job!!!! I am super happy with the service there and I will definitely be going back!!
