Went here for the first time and had a great experience! I believe it was Letricia who did my haircut and she did an amazing job. I was a walk in and she told me there was gonna be a 20 minute wait, as she had to do someone’s color, which I was totally okay with. I walked around Walmart and got back around 20 minutes. She took me in, I showed her the haircut I wanted and she did it. She was very friendly. I loved it! I appreciated that she took me in. The service was great. If I need a haircut again, I’ll be sure to go back here.

I arrive at 1045 this morning. Sign in and sit down. Lady there tells me she has an 11am appointment but I’m next. They have all of 2 people working and about 5 or 6 customers. I wait. And wait. And wait more. At 1130 I leave with the same length of hair I walked in with and 45 minutes I can’t get back.

Got my son’s haircut there twice, 1st time was great, second time, different lady, it was horrible!! She was constantly asking how to cut it and what to cut, I was not impressed! Will not be back to a place that is so inconsistent with there stylist! Maybe more training is needed. Now I have to go to another place to get his haircut fixed!

The ladies that where there had a very careless, rushed, and uncaring attitude. One of them was more worried about the time and keep looking at her watch than cutting hair. The other lady absolutely refused to cut hair because it was an hour before closing.
