I asked for a loose spiral perm. A spiral goes around in circles. Even a loose spiral. My hair barely has any kind of waves in it. It really looks like a fuzzy mop. I feel the salon should tell people they do not do spirals, because you cannot get a true spiral usings regular perm rods. If they are going to offer spirals, they need to purchase rods that are made and used for true spirals. I will not be back for a haircut or any other services, because of the way Kim handle the situation when I called. She became silent and said you wanted a loose spiral so I used the rod for a loose. But, if the hair has nothing but waves in it, then it’s not a spiral of any kind. Very disappointment that I spent a 113.00 for nothing.

If there is a way to rate No STARS that’s what I’d do. DO NOT GO HERE!!! If you do so anyway PLEASE DO NOT GO TO JESSICA!! I took my 14 year old son here to get a quick cut for his dance. I showed her a picture of how his hair normally is and explained exactly how it’s cut. She brought out the clippers and SHAVED HIM!! SHAVED HIM!!! He is 14 going to his first dance and this is what she did to him. She didn’t even care. She just shaved him! What 14 yr old going to their first dance EVER wants to go with a shaved head?!!

The young girl that did the cut could not do a proper fade! Instead my nephews hair looked like she cut it using a bowl! I would not recommend this place. Also the price is 13 for kids. My suggestion would be save your money and go to sports clips in nacogdoches for the same price!
