Tyra is amazing!! I went in with a picture and came out with a picture perfect haircut. If you want to literally someone to DESTROYED your hair, well this is the indicated place to go. I went there to dye my roots, I must signed a paper because they are going to apply a chemical on my hair I was very surprise about it but I thought it was a regular procedure, the person who , by the way was pretty nice, applied me a powder bleaching without let me know before, I believe she just applied me a regular dye, it was late when I noticed it and I just want to cry. I assumed she knows what she is doing but unfortunately she doesn’t have any idea what she is doing and how she destroyed my hair. I told her my hair is tangled a lot and when she washed my hair of course was extremely hard to comb it because the procedure by itself damaged my hair. Also she doesn’t know how to straighten my hair, the color it’s AWFUL, I looked like a monster, I don’t know her name. I am still crying I mean a customer must be inform which chemical she will use before and ask firstly if I am ok about it. So please don’t go there. I went there Tuesday 05/24/2022 around 9:30 am.The worst part it’s to pay for something I didn’t like it and I not crying there because I am 53 years old. I

DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Terrible place to go. The lady (don’t want to call her a stylist she’s so bad) is completely incompetent. She looked at some hair after she cut it and said it looks good. When clearly there is a 2 inch length difference between the 2 sides. Didn’t want to fix it because she said she was to busy. Tried going back and talking to a manager and the manager said can’t do anything. And the typical reply that these reviews get with the district number doesn’t do anything either. So don’t fall for that.
