SmartStyle Hair Salon(Inside Walmart)

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value*Since I can’t reply to the owner directly: the store is not under new ownership since I was there YESTERDAY. I sent an email to corporate that I am waiting to hear back from. I am at MINIMUM due a refund from my haircut yesterday and compensation to fix this mess on my head which is going to take MONTHS and multiple trips to the salon. I could have put my hair in a blender and come out with a better cut. Just an FYI I asked for a BOB with the underside slightly shorter, how that translated into “give me a Karen” I have no clue. Why the side of my hair is cut super short next to a section that is super long? I was being really nice in my original review.This place is hit or miss. I came in and had a wonderful haircut and a few months later the same stylist gave me what is probably the worst haircut of my life. Unfortunately she cut it so short and choppy there isn’t even anything I can do about it until it grows out (then I can spend more $$$$ somewhere else to fix her mistake). *Since I can’t reply to the owner directly: the store is not under new ownership since I was there YESTERDAY. I sent an email to corporate that I am waiting to hear back from. Critical: ProfessionalismI wasn’t even a customer, but a staff member from here came into my place a business, and talked trash on how terrible my hair was, and who would I ever let do that to my hair, and that she needed to fix it for me ASAP. She told me how badly trimmed my facial hair is as well and in the same breath told me to go to Walmart and find her so she could fix my hair. I will recommend the competition for this place and do my absolute best to sway people from going to this location. I wasn’t even a customer, but a staff member from here came into my place a business, and talked trash on how terrible my hair was, and who would I ever let do that to my hair, and that she needed to fix it for me ASAP.
