Well today Smart style lost my business as I made an appointment in advance for a perm explained that my hair is longer than shoulder length, I show up for my appointment and they don’t have enough perm boxes to do a perm. I have a wedding to attend in one week and wanted the chemical smell to wear off before the wedding the women said we can reschedule for Thursday two days before the wedding I have to attend thats not going to work.How can you run a business and not order your supplies properly, so no one gets a perm for almost a week sounds like the manager and district manager are not doing their job to me.
