SmartStyle Hair Salon(Inside Walmart)

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went to the salon on Monday to see about getting my hair cut. I was told that they are very busy right now, so I would need to come on Tuesday at 5PM. So, Tuesday at 5PM, I went to my appointment, where I was told that my appointment was actually made for Wednesday at 5PM. After arriving Wednesday, I saw there were some people sitting getting their hair cut, and was told to come back in a half an hour because they were running a little late. I came back after 25 minutes, expecting to be helped within a few minutes, but instead the girl(Hannah) working told me that it would be another half an hour. She was completely unapologetic about the situation, and she was the one that made my appointment for Tuesday, which later on I found out was made for Wednesday. I don’t know with this terrible, unprofessional attitude how come she is still employed by a salon that values doing business. I value my time, so rather than keep being jerked around, I left. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have seen.
