Critical: ProfessionalismI went in for a wash and cut. She didn’t wash. She cut. I had a lot of damage to my hair and wanted it cut off, she did what I wanted and the cut was fine. It was the customer service that came with the cut. I normally stand up for myself but I was so embarrassed. Francis told the entire salon loudly how badly damaged my hair was and that it was not hair it was straw. I had to laugh it off and play along along hurry and leave the salon and I even left a tip. I always tip. When I got home I felt more and more embarrassed by my expirence and this is why I do not go to any salons. I called Francis manager to explain what happened. The manager was there for the experience and she said that because I told them it was bad that they can say it is as well. She saw no issue with Francis behavior. I thought stylists were there to make you feel good. Instead I left and only felt bad about myself and now I will never go into a salon. I keep trying to give this place another shot but I’m done. A while back this older lady said she was great with color but when she tried to color my hair purple all the dye washed out. I had to come back the following day for her to fix it but she didn’t know what she was doing. She got so frustrated that she walked out… literally left the shop and didn’t come back! The manager apologized, finished my hair, and the color came out great.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE. I called and asked beforehand if they could do a blonde balayage and they told me yes. I went in and I came out with my hair orange. So I called and asked if they could fix it and they said yes. I go in and have bleach on my hair for AT LEAST an hour if not longer. By the time I left I had dead hair and harsh lines where my hair went from dark brown to a straight line to bright blonde a LOT lighter than I asked for. I had to go somewhere else to have my hair chopped off (8 inches) and had to dye it back darker. I will say that the corporate person I talked to about getting a refund was great and I was able to get majority of my money back but not all of it. BUT THE STYLIST DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
