Very dissatisfied with my experience! I came here a couple of years ago to get my haircut for my wedding and absolutely loved it. I occasionally go in there for an annual haircut. I just recently went in to get my hair evened out and some bangs. I can’t remember the lady’s name who cut my hair, she was very nice and accommodating. My only few criticisms would be not to spray your clients directly in the face with the spray bottle and not pull their hair so much. After the cut, I went home to style and my hair had chunks in it that hadn’t been evened out. So, I had all my other hair a different length than these few chunks that she forgot. I brushed my hair down my back and my hair cut was crooked, it’s longer on one side. I love how my hair looks but, her technique wasn’t great. I gave her a ten dollar tip, I expected more. Overall, the salon was clean and the ladies were very nice but, I will not let her cut my hair again.

I had a hair appointment schedule with Melissa for my daughter the Weatherford salon at 1 o’clock when we came we were told we would have to reschedule for 2 o’clock because Melissa was busy and she needed a break. So when we returned at 2 o’clock we were told that Melissa had left because she had a family thing to go to she did not bother to call us to tell us that she would not be there This is very unprofessional she had an attitude when we came in at 1 of clock so I highly recommend you pick anybody else other than Melissa. I will be letting everybody know how unprofessional she is in what a terrible hair dresser she is.
