I’ve been a customer there for a few years. When my stylist left i decided have the manager Tracy do my hair. I’ve been trying for 3 weeks just to get a cut. Today i walked in n she said sorry a 3 hr wait. There was no one around. I’m a stylist i know the run around and when I’m being lied to. Especially when then i asked a girl who’s been there 2 years if she could cut my hair n she said sorry it’s my first day today idk how to cut hair which was a lie. Tracy idk what iv done but you lost a well paying good tipping customer today!

Great place…. I walked in a few years ago and I was desperately in need of a cut… found Tracie and her ladies!!! OMG How did I not find this a lot no time ago!! Great cut new style ( their recommendation). I love this place friendly and way above the rest! I’m from South Boston and a good stylist is $100 at the least…I’m in and out with a better cut for $50!

Took advantage of my grandmother. Grandma asked for ash blonde hair and they “accidentally” dyed it BLACK. My grandmother was compeltly enraged about this and the workers grabbed the manager in which had an attitude to fix her hair. Then, to top it off they didn’t either cut OR style the hair and she never received a free cut, or discount. Let alone her hair is still black at the roots with redish orangish tones throughout the head….
