Went with my daughter for cut and color. Hailey did a great job on my hair but my daughter’s didn’t come out at all like she wanted. Even her “stylist” wasn’t happy about it. I am not surprised since she seemed to rush it after trying to only do half of my daughter’s hair and saying she had to pick up her child by a certain time. We arrived at 2pm and they were to close at 6pm per my phone call before we went in. My daughter has some visual impairment so she didn’t really see the full effect till the next day. She went back up there and even the stylists who were there said her hair wasn’t done right and she would get her full $140 refund and to come back on Monday. When she got there today they told her they wouldn’t be giving her all her money back and charged her $35 for a hardly noticeable trim. We won’t be going back and have advised our husbands/friend not to go back either.
