Irina who cut my hair did an extremely excellent job! She was very detail-oriented and gave me the best haircut I’ve had it in quite a long time. It also was one of the most relaxing haircuts I’ve had in a long time she was a massage therapist apparently and has the touch that makes you very comfortable and is very relaxing. This is the first haircut I have enjoyed in a long time. She only works Sunday, so don’t steal her away from me!

Wow! My stylist Jen gave me a great haircut at an affordable price. When I called on a Saturday afternoon and was told that they were only taking walk-ins at that point, I took my chances and came to their location. When I got there I was told that it would be twenty minutes since there was one person in front of me. I did a little shopping (the salon is located within Walmart) and came back just as the stylist was finishing with her other client. Jen talked with me and carefully listened to what I wanted, and twenty minutes later I had the exact haircut I wanted. She was fantastic! I highly recommend this salon.

Horrible store, horrible service. I’ve been a repeat customer for over 4 years continuously buying product from the Wal-Mart SmartStyle Osprey store. Recently, I switched it up and purchased another brand of shampoo/conditioner. Unsatisfied, I took it back – not even to get my ask for my money back, I only wanted an exchange or store credit. I did not have my receipt for a $40 cash purchase. Who keeps receipts for a low dollar cash purchase?? Anyway, the lady in charge, Kelly Blake, denied my exchange, denied cash back and denied a credit – all in one breath. Claimed it was “manufacturer’s policy”. Didn’t even have the courage to come out and talk to me one on one. I’m sorry – do managers not have overriding authority anymore for small purchases under $50 to keep a repeat customer satisfied? So, I accepted their decision and was going to purchase my regular shampoo/conditioner pack I had always bought in the past. Since they did not have the packs – as they always do – she rang me up for individual price for shampoo and the individual price for the conditioner. She was “out” of the sets, therefore had to charge me for the upcharge. I then gave the product back, didn’t want it and will never return. Horrible store, horrible service. Not recommended at all. NO STARS – well one, they make you place one star to post.
